Edenred´s online office enables you to conclude a contract in a few clicks, inform us about registered seat or premises changes, changes to payment terminal, request stickers to be sent in order to mark acceptance points, or access news and competitions.

• Do you need to send vouchers for reimbursement?
1. Mail the vouchers together with the filled-out list of submitted vouchers as postal stationery (up to € 500) or by courier service (over 500 €) to Edenred Slovakia, s. r. o., Karadžičova 8, 820 15 Bratislava. Before mailing the vouchers, we recommend stamping them on the side without bar code and face value. This is a precaution in case of theft or loss. The reimbursement will be deposited into your bank account.

2. Meal vouchers can also be handed over at the partner services desk at METRO wholesale centers.

• Do you want to sign a new contract or accept our other products at your premises that exceed the scope of your current contract?

Meal voucher and card users would continue to visit your premises. It is enough to let us know about the changes and we will make sure that all our relevant information about your premises are updated.

In order for your customers to be able to continue paying with Ticket Restaurant® cards, inform us about the changes and we will register your new payment terminal to avoid payment complications.
