What redemption options does Edenred offer?

Redemption tickets can be submitted together with completed list:

  • By post to the address of the Ticket Service registered office as a security certificate, because in case of loss, the shipment is insured for the full value. If the tickets are sent only by registered mail, the post office will pay out about € 3,98 in case of loss.
  • Courier service to Ticket Service.
  • In METRO wholesale centers (Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers only®).

Does the partner operation have to stamp the tickets received?

Stamping the tickets is in the partner's own interest. It is basically a matter of its protection in the event of theft or loss of a consignment, because stamped tickets can no longer be used. Tickets can only be marked on the back, where the value and barcode are not given.

What is a reference on a list?

The reference is a numerical data (eg number of the plant, invoice, etc.). It is used for those partners who have more than one establishment under one contract, so that they can distinguish from which establishment the tickets have been reimbursed. This information is displayed to the partner on the financial settlement (invoice).

How are tickets reimbursed?

Tickets are reimbursed:
• by bank transfer (possibility of accelerated transfer).

What is an information card and what is it for?

Envelope ticketing manufacturing technology requires that each envelope contain, in addition to meal vouchers, a single ticket with information about the contents of the envelope. This ticket is the first in the envelope, has no face value and is not used for payment. It will not be accepted in Ticket Service for redemption either.

How are tickets secured against counterfeiting?

All tickets contain at least 7 security features that secure them against counterfeiting.

How long is it possible to submit tickets from the old year?

All tickets issued by Ticket Service are valid until 31 December of the respective calendar year indicated on them. We accept them for payment by January 20 of the following year.

Is the acceptance partner obliged to issue cash from meal vouchers if the consideration for performance is lower than the value of the meal voucher?

No it's not. The legislation of the Slovak Republic in this area is regulated so that the monetization of tickets is not possible. This legal provision must be observed by each acceptance partner.

How does the Edenred card payment for meals work?

    • payment by Edenred card for meals is valid only in the Slovak Republic, exclusively in the partner network of acceptance points Edenred
    • for amounts higher than 50 €, it is necessary to use the PIN code even for a contactless card
    • maximum transaction value per day: 150 €
    • transactions for goods or services are reimbursed to the partner within 4 working days by Mastercard
    • the financial statement is made once a month, it is sent exclusively electronically and its payment by the partner is necessary on the basis of the stated maturity

Edenred Benefits Premium is a web application that is used by employers to manage the benefit system. through Edenred Benefits Premium within the set limit, the employee / user chooses the benefits that are of the greatest value to him.

What is e-Ticket®?

E-Ticket® is an electronic type of gift card and is one of the fastest ways to draw a benefit Edenred Benefits Premium. E-Ticket® contains a 6-digit code and is valid for 7 months from ordering. E-Ticket® is non-transferable. Payment with the e-Ticket® can only be made in the selected establishment where the user ordered the e-Ticket®.

How do I log in to the partner portal?

On the page www.partner.edenredbenefit.sk Enter your login details that you received in the welcome email: Email and Password. For each operation, its own login data is generated.

How is the e-Ticket® validated?

After logging in correctly to partner portal all you have to do is enter your partner code, which you received in the welcome e-mail, and the alphanumeric code of the e-Ticket®.

What if the value of the service / goods is higher than the value of the e-Ticket®?

If the payment is higher than the value stated on the e-Ticket®, the customer can pay the remaining amount according to the payment options in your operation (cash, payment card).

Do I have to have an internet connection to accept e-Ticket®?

Yes, an internet connection is required due to the validation of the e-Ticket® via the partner portal www.partner.edenredbenefit.sk.
