In case you have created your personal online account My Edenred, You can block the card in the "Manage my cards and wallets" section by clicking "Permanently block card".
The card can also be blocked via mobile Edenred application.
Please note that this block is final and you will need to be issued a new card Edenred. Therefore, inform your employer immediately if the card is blocked.
If you have not yet created an Internet account or do not remember your card number, ask your employer to contact Ticket Service, sro, ask for the card to be blocked and subsequently for the issuance of your new Edenred card.
