Change of working hours at the end of 2024

Dear clients and partners,

We would like to inform you about adjustments to working hours during holidays.

23. December 2024 we are at your disposal until 16:00.
31. December 2024 our working hours will be shortened again and we will be at your disposal on this day until 14:00.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that in connection with the VAT change, which comes from 1/1/2025, will be necessary December 31 at 10:00 a.m. shut down our systems. For this reason, the processing of orders (including cards and paper products) will continue again from January 2, 2025.

Therefore, we ask you to complete your orders or advance invoice payments as soon as possible, before 10:00 a.m. 31 December 2024.
