Edenred Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mickael André Compagnon as CEO of Edenred Slovakia with effect from from November 4, 2025.
BRATISLAVA, 4. 11. 2025 - Appointment – New CEO of Edenred Slovakia
Mickael holds a Master's degree from ENSAM and a Master's degree in Auditing from HEC.
Mickael has spent the last 27 years at Forvis Mazars, first in France and the Czech Republic and then in Slovakia from 2000 to 2023, where he established the group’s local subsidiary and significantly expanded its business over the years. As a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, Mickael has a deep knowledge of international accounting, tax and business regulations, as well as best practices in business operations.
Since 2023, Mickael has led the Forvis Mazars branch in Normandy, France.
In his new role, Mickael will focus on further developing our employee benefits activities in Slovakia, accelerating the growth of our Beyond solutions portfolio, while further strengthening our core meal plan offering.
Mr. Compagnon said: "I am excited to join the Edenred Group at such a pivotal time. I look forward to working with the Slovak team to drive innovation and growth."
Based in Bratislava, Mickael reports to Matei Ciobanu, Director of Growth and Development for Eastern Europe and Japan.
Mickael replaces Tamáš Szendrő, who is leaving the band after almost 9 years.
