we want to inform you that return of unused Edenred vouchers is possible until 20. 01. 2019.                                                        

How can you return Edenred vouchers for redemption? Return of vouchers is possible:

• by mail
• courier
• in person at the Edenred branch in Bratislava

It is necessary to return meal vouchers submit the completed form "Credit note - Request for return of meal vouchers"And, in the case of gift vouchers," Credit - Request a refund of Edenred Vouchers Gifts and Services".

Return of vouchers by post or courier

Send us the completed application together with the vouchers by registered mail to the address: Edenred Slovakia, sro, City Business Center I, Karadžičova 8, POBOX 21, 820 15 Bratislava.

After processing the application, you will receive an invoice and credit note by e-mail or post. The credit will be repaid to you within 30 working days of processing the application.

Return of vouchers in person - only possible at the branch in Bratislava

Submit the completed application together with the vouchers at the branch. The application can also be written directly at the branch.

If you state in the application another account number as we record in our information system, it is necessary to write the form "Company data change notification". It is also possible to send us a change of account number by e-mail.

When processing the application, you will receive proof of delivery of vouchers. You will receive the invoice together with the credit note by e-mail or post. The credit will be repaid to you within 30 working days of processing the application.
