Edenred, a world leader in transaction solutions for companies, employees and merchants, is creating new company Ticket Service s.r.o. in Slovakia to step up its development and to continuously enhance its offer with new solutions and best-in-class services.
One year ago, Edenred strengthened its position on the Slovak market thanks to the acquisition of VAŠA Slovensko with the ambition to be the long-lasting partner to its customers and to accelerate its development.
To consolidate its leading position, Edenred Slovakia brings daily wins to its customers who are looking for innovative solutions and , in 2018, joined forces with international players Google and MasterCard to enhance its Card solution with mobile payments via Google Pay.

Edenred Group in Slovakia is now represented by Edenred Slovakia.s.r.o., dedicates on sales activities and Ticket Service s.r.o which will provide all services from the 1.1.2019. This organization also includes an other subsidiary UTA Slovakia.s.r.o. specialized on fleet and mobility solutions.
All Clients and partners of Edenred Slovakia s.r.o will autamatically become Ticket Service s.r.o. contractual partners. The valid contract will remain unchanged, Ticket Service s.r.o will be bound to respect its contractual obligations.
