To reimburse Edenred Slovakia vouchers you can:
- deliver personally to our branch in Bratislava, vouchers will be reimbursed in cash up to € 1660.00 - we offer this service as one of the few companies of its kind in the longest opening hours - even on Fridays!;
- delivery personally to any of our branches, vouchers will be reimbursed to your bank account by bank transfer (the possibility of an accelerated transfer);
- send (by mail, courier) as a valuable letter to headquarters of Edenred Slovakia vouchers will be reimbursed by transfer to your bank account (the possibility of an accelerated transfer);
- Hand vouchers in all wholesale centers METRO (only for Ticket Restaurant® vouchers). This service is provided in all wholesale centers in „Services for partner" counters. Vouchers will be reimbursed by transfer to your METRO card.
Packing orders for vouchers when received for reimbursement:
- neither stick nor stitch your vouchers
- it is not necessary to neither divide vouchers according to their nominal values nor specially packed them or distribute otherwise (e.g. after 10 pieces, 50 pieces, 100pieces, ...)
- Divide vouchers only when handing in or sending one package containing more types of different vouchers together (e.g. Ticket Restaurant®, Ticket Compliments®, Ticket Multi®, ...)
- It is appropriate to secure your vouchers against their roll-away movement when sent in the package
- always attach a roster with a partner code number, i.e. contract number (original and photocopies accepted) to vouchers for reimbursement that you will receive along with the invoice for reimbursed vouchers. In case luncheon vouchers are damaged (stamped via the bar code or mutilated otherwise) it may lead to delays in payment or they will be sent back unpaid
- in the interest of safety stamp the back of each voucher, however never over barcode of your vouchers
