Frequently Asked Questions

Must an affiliated partner stamp accepted vouchers?
Stamping vouchers is up to the partner. This is essentially his protection in case of theft or loss of shipments as stamped bills can no longer be used. Vouchers may designate by a partner on the back side where it shows the value and the bar code.

How can vouchers be sent?
Vouchers can be sent as a valuable list because in case of the loss of the shipment, it is insured for full value. If the vouchers are sent by registered mail only, in case of loss the post pays approx. € 3,98. Excellent option is to use courier service.

What is a reference on the roster?
Reference is the numeral figure (e.g. number of operation, invoices, etc.). It is used for those partners who have more operations under one contract to be able to distinguish from which operation their vouchers are reimbursed. This figure appears on partner`s financial clearance.

What is an information voucher and what is its purpose?
Production technology of packaging vouchers in envelopes requires that each envelope must, apart from catering vouchers, contain also one voucher with information on the contents of the envelope. This voucher is first in line in an envelope, has no nominal value and is not intended to be paid with. It will also not be accepted for reimbursement in Edenred.

It is possible to return unused vouchers from the previous year?
Unused vouchers may be returned by the employer not later than January 20 the following year, after their expiration. Vouchers marked with the current year are valid until December 31 of the year marked on the vouchers and it is possible to return them until January 20 of the following year at the latest, after their expiration.
