| 1. | Favor ways of cooking as steam, oven, or grill. | |
| 2. | Offer possibility to choose 1/2 size meal. | |
| 3. | Do not put salt on the table. | |
| 4. | Offer also products based on the whole wheat flour, whole wheat pasta etc. Serve whole wheat bread if customer ask for it. | |
| 5. | Serve the sauce aside. | |
| 6. | Enable the guest to eat more vegetables - by for example leave space for salad on the plate or serve salad first or serve more salad on the plate. | |
| 7. | Always tap water available. | |
| 8. | Low fat dressing and olive oil available. | |
| 9. | Preference for daily desert - fresh fruit, fruit desert or daity desert. | |
| 10. | Offer to choose the type of side dish to food – also for daily menu. | |
| 11. | Offer more meal based on low fat meat, for example: poultry, beef. | |
| 12. | Inform about the nutritive value (KJ) of offered meal. |
